Jwell delivered a complete PVC rigid board extrusion line to a building materials and advertising substrate manufacturer in the Middle East. The line is engineered for high-quality production of PVC rigid boards used in advertising signage, chemical-resistant tanks, furniture components, and construction formwork, where board flatness, surface finish, and thickness uniformity are critical.

Purpose-built for PVC powder processing, delivers stable melt at 600 kg/h with superior plasticizing quality and low shear heat buildup, ideal for both neat PVC and filled compounds.
Adjustable lip T-die paired with three-roll vertical calender ensures uniform board thickness (tolerance ±0.1 mm) and excellent surface flatness across the full 1,300 mm width.
Independent barrel and die zone temperature control with PID regulation maintains optimal PVC processing window, preventing degradation and ensuring consistent board color and mechanical properties.
Synchronized line speed control from extrusion through calendering, cooling, cutting, and stacking; real-time monitoring and recipe storage for rapid product changeover.
High-speed cross-cut saw synchronized with line speed for precise board length; automatic stacking system with edge protection for efficient downstream handling and packaging.
Complete line from raw material handling to finished board stacking; includes on-site installation, commissioning, and comprehensive operator training with local climate-adapted cooling system design.
The PVC board line has been running smoothly at full 600 kg/h capacity since commissioning. Board surface quality and thickness consistency are excellent — our advertising substrate clients have noticed the improvement immediately. Jwell’s commissioning team adapted the cooling system for our high ambient temperature environment, which was exactly what we needed.
