A masterbatch compounding line is a specialized industrial system for producing concentrated polymer colorants and additives. Jwell’s CJWH series masterbatch compounding lines adopt high-torque twin-screw extrusion technology to uniformly disperse pigments, fillers and additives into thermoplastic resins, producing high-quality black, white, color and liquid masterbatches with excellent coloring performance and stability.
Jwell’s masterbatch production lines are versatile and can manufacture all major types of masterbatches: black masterbatch (high carbon black loading), white masterbatch (titanium dioxide based), universal color masterbatch, and functional masterbatches (anti-UV, flame retardant, anti-static, etc.). We also have proven experience in liquid masterbatch production systems.
Jwell offers four standard CJWH series models to meet different production scales: CJWH52 (300-500kg/hr), CJWH65 (400-800kg/hr), CJWH75 (500-1000kg/hr) and CJWH95 (600-1500kg/hr). All models feature an L/D ratio of 44-56 and screw speeds of 500-800rpm, ensuring excellent mixing and dispersion performance.
Our masterbatch compounding lines are compatible with all common thermoplastic resins including PE, PP, PS, ABS, PET, PA and PVC. They can process various pigments (organic/inorganic), carbon black, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, talc and functional additives, meeting the formulation requirements of different industries.
Jwell’s lines feature high-torque gearboxes and optimized screw designs for superior pigment dispersion and uniform melt quality. They adopt energy-saving heating systems and frequency conversion control, reducing energy consumption by 15-20% compared with traditional equipment. The modular design allows easy maintenance and process adjustment.
The masterbatches produced by our lines are widely used in plastic packaging, automotive parts, household appliances, building materials, agricultural films, wire and cable, and daily necessities. They provide consistent coloring, UV protection, flame retardancy and other functional properties for various plastic products.
