A PVC waterproof membrane extrusion line is a professional production system for manufacturing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waterproofing sheets. Jwell provides multiple configurations including conical twin-screw and parallel twin-screw extruders, capable of producing homogeneous, reinforced and laminated PVC waterproof membranes with excellent waterproof, weather-resistant and chemical-resistant properties for various construction projects.
Jwell offers three mainstream models to meet different production scales: SJZ80/156+SJZ92/188 (800-900kg/h, 1200-2000mm width, 0.5-3mm thickness); SJP130/36+SJZ92/188 (1200-1300kg/h, 2000mm width, 0.5-3mm thickness); JWS150-JWS120 (1000-1100kg/h, 2000mm width, 1-2mm thickness).
Jwell’s lines adopt specialized screw designs optimized for PVC processing, ensuring uniform plasticization and stable melt quality. The conical twin-screw extruder provides high torque and low energy consumption, while the parallel twin-screw configuration delivers higher output. The integrated online thickness control system guarantees precise product dimensions with minimal tolerance.
Our lines are specially designed for PVC resin processing, compatible with both virgin and recycled PVC materials. They support the addition of various functional additives including plasticizers, stabilizers, UV absorbers, flame retardants and colorants, allowing production of PVC membranes that meet different regional environmental and performance standards.
